Whatever you call it: Project Life, December Daily, Journal Your Christmas... many people have a holiday album started this year. I decided a few weeks ago what format I wanted to take for my December album, and then quickly realized I'd need filler cards for it. I am in love with the Blackout font and wanted to use it throughout my album. I also wanted a clean, typographic look to my album. Rather than create the cards as I needed them, I decided just to make up a bunch to have ready to go.
I'd like to share some of them with you. My little Christmas gift to my readers. There is a coordinating set with Christmas icons that I'll share in a few weeks, but for now, here's my typographic set of journal cards:
I am so totally in love with these. It took forever for me to get them the way I wanted them because the font is very spaced out and I didn't like it, so I cut the words apart and created my own spacing. They were truly a labor of love to have an album that really flows this holiday season. In the past I've gone very eclectic and hodge podge. This time, clean and graphic is the theme.
