it always happens
The teacher gets sick on her Spring Break. I am really dragging today, but I'm up and moving around because we have plans for tonight. Tomorrow, don't expect me to get out of my pajamas.
First, I have to share this recall of pet food. If you've been reading my blog for a bit, you know my dog almost died of kidney failure last month. Today, a massive recall of wet (i.e. chunks of meat in gravy) dog food was announced. Pets were ill and some died of kidney failure after eating this company's food. My dog ate it exclusively for 2 years prior to his episode. You can get more information here. I just feel scared that it was caused by something I was feeding my dog, but also relieved that it wasn't something hereditary. The dr. said that he should live a long, healthy life now, and this actually makes me feel better about it. We'll keep him on a special low protein diet, but it's good to know what caused it all. If you're feeding your dog or cat "wet" food, check to be sure it isn't on the list. If it is, stop feeding it immediately.
OK, public service announcement over.
I did this layout a long, long time ago, for my friend Shabby Princess, for the release of her Wild Love kit. Then I created a template from the layout, but I've never got around to putting it up. So I know it's not Friday, but I thought I'd go ahead and share it. And fair warning... next Friday, I'll be in Branson, recovering from my previous evening with my boyz, so no freebie next week. But should have some good stuff when we get back.
Here's the layout I did:
And you can download it here . Enjoy! Hope if you and your kids are on Spring Break, that you enjoy your time with them. I'm planning some fun projects with my kids, and of course, a great trip. See ya Monday!

Thank you for the template. Lovely corresponding layout!
